This agency relationship is established to facilitate legally compliant delivery and receipt of communications on your behalf. You acknowledge that Send Certified Mail's role as an agent includes printing, addressing, transmitting, and receiving such communications as part of the service.
Description of Services
SendCertifiedMail.com provides an online platform for transmitting and receiving secure, compliant documents. Users upload electronic files (in PDF format) for printing and delivery to recipients via the authorized methods listed above. The service includes proof of mailing, tracking, and confirmation of final delivery. We store a copy of your communications for ten years.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how your personal data is collected, used, and protected. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Electronic Communications
