The Certified Mail Tracking Summary Report gives Send Certified Mail users a centralized view of their USPS Certified Mail tracking activity, delivery status, and available mailing documentation from one secure online dashboard.

Send Certified Mail helps organizations streamline reporting for legal notices, compliance mail, tenant communications, financial disclosures, IRS correspondence, healthcare notifications, and other important mail that requires visibility and documentation.
What Is a Certified Mail Tracking Summary Report?
A Certified Mail Tracking Summary Report is an online report that provides an organized overview of Certified Mail pieces sent through your account.
The report helps users quickly review USPS tracking activity, delivery updates, and available proof documents without searching each mail piece one at a time.
This is especially useful for organizations that manage multiple Certified Mail letters, recurring compliance communications, or high-volume mailings where tracking visibility and record organization matter.

For law firms, property managers, financial institutions, healthcare organizations, collections teams, and government offices, centralized tracking reports help reduce administrative time while improving mailing visibility.
How the Report Supports Compliance Mail
Compliance mail often requires more than sending a letter. Organizations may need to prove when mail was sent, when USPS accepted it, whether delivery was attempted, and whether delivery was completed.
The Certified Mail Tracking Summary Report helps centralize that information so users can more easily retrieve proof of mailing, USPS tracking updates, delivery confirmation, and signature documentation.
For businesses managing legal notices, tenant notices, financial communications, IRS documents, or regulatory mail, this level of reporting can help improve organization and reduce risk.
10-Year Report Access
Reports and mailing records are available for up to 10 years through Send Certified Mail.
This long-term access helps organizations avoid relying on paper files, lost green cards, or scattered tracking records. Instead, users can search historical mailing activity online and retrieve documentation when needed.
Long-term report access is especially valuable for compliance-driven organizations that may need documentation months or years after a mailing was completed.
